Yesterday afternoon, The Hunger Games' Twitter account sent this out:

This sent fans many different ways. Some thought more Capitol Propaganda would come. Others thought that it had something to do with the Mockingjay - Part 1 Digital HD! We even asked a poll. You can see the final results HERE. Most people thought there was going to be a rebel break-in of Capitol Propaganda or a deleted scene with Peeta. (Good thinking both of you!)

Today, on Facebook, this message was revealed around 11:00am ET.

A video starts off with the Capitol TV Introduction and then... this happens.










Weird, huh? That's when we freak out. This is 'Binary,' so we went to http://binarytranslator.com/ to translate. The following message is revealed.

By going to the sites, we had to right click and find the page source. When we scrolled down.....
We were told to Unlock a deleted scene using #UnlockMockingjay.

In the end, The Hunger Games Tumblr leaked the video -- on accident! You can watch it above. It was indeed, the video of Peeta and Snow talking.

Get us that scene!
